This product is absolutely necessary for the Z'Fogless mirrors to work at all. If not used, the mirrors fog up beyond any possibility of reflection.
I am a little surprised by the other ratings. It works GREAT for me. I would have given it a rating of 5 if it lasted a little longer--as it is, I find that I need to spray my shower shaving mirror after every use. With that, I get the best shave I've ever had. Every day.

I haven't used the product enough to know if I am satisfied with it.
I thought that the bottles would be larger since they are primarily filled with water.
